Männerschuppen – Men’s Shed is a project where elderly men repair things for other people. If you are an elderly man, you are welcome to join.
Der Tauschring – the exchange ring meets up once every month. Services are changed here and get paid with time. For example an hour of childcare in exchange for one hour of moving help. Evchange meeting: every first wednesday in the month from 19:00 to 20:30 (Tif it is a bank holday it will be one week later)

In the facebook group Share and Care Bamberg, many useful things and tipps are exchanged. You have to send a request and need to be accepted.
Just like this, things are offered for free or asked for in the Telegram Group Sharing is Caring Bamberg. You have to be invited to this group. Just ask the people around you, so someone, who is already in the group, can invite you.
